Shipping Information
Please note: Shipping times may be longer due to delays and disruptions being experienced by postal services. This is due to COVID-19 having an impact on customs clearance and delivery times. In some cases deliveries have been suspended to certain countries.
All physical items are shipped by Australia Post with tracking and insurance included.
At the moment we are only shipping to Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada, with plans to ship to more countries in the future.
Shipping is calculated by the weight and size of the item. You will only pay for the actual shipping costs charged by Australia Post.
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated at checkout. As a guide shipping will start at:
Australia - AU$8.00
New Zealand - AU$11.40
United States & Canada - AU$16.80
Delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only, with possible delays due to COVID-19.
Domestic: 5 - 10 working days (within Australia)
International: 10 - 15 working days
Digital downloads are available immediately upon checkout on the checkout screen. Downloads are also emailed to the email address provided at checkout. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up in your inbox within a few minutes.
Made to Order items will be shipped upon completion of the item. You will be notified when the item has been shipped. Refer to individual listings for an estimate on when your items is likely to be shipped.
For example: An estimate of 1 - 2 weeks may be given for the item to be made. When the item is completed and shipped you will be notified by email.
Shipping Duties, Taxes and Import Fees: Depending on your country, you may be liable to pay duties, taxes or import fees on your goods, which are outside of our control.
