Cross your T’s Pillow Pattern

Cross Your T's Pillow

This pillow block is based on the traditional Capital T block. With some speculation around the significance of the block, it’s believed the ‘T’ signified the temperance movement or the pride of being a teetotaller. This traditional block had a makeover to create a fresh modern asymmetrical pillow with the addition of a square-in-a-square block to complete the modern design.

This pattern uses classic quilting techniques: Half-Square Triangles (2-at-a-Time), Flying Geese (Stitch and Flip) and Square on a square block methods. Finish off the pillow with an envelope pillow backing.
